A Bridgend-based company, Codel Software is launching a entirely new design and rebranding of its Activ People HR range of HR software online.

Today the company will be introducing the rebranding on their brochures, website and other collaterals, featuring new logos that were designed to satisfy the requirements of their growing client base.

The new brand name for its software is expected to be launched in autumn 2022. The new software will also include more integration between the various Activ People HR modules and provide employees with one central location to work from.

Codel Software is hosting an event on July 20 that is titled “Celebrating Codel Software’ at Llanerch Vineyard [iLlanerch Vineyard [i, Wales’ only vineyard hotel, to unveil the brand’s new look to employees and celebrate their company’s development and success.

The company has grown from being a new company in 2006, with the office located in Swansea and now has 2 offices located within Bridgend as well as working with more than 400 customers across the world and nationally. The team has grown from three employees in 2006 to now 18.

The co-founders Adrian Lewis and Richard Hocking have taken the company through an adventurous journey. The company started out cooperating with customers on the development of software and support, and later creating Activ People HR.

Adrian Lewis said: “I’m happy to launch the new look and style of the brand we’ve created, Activ People HR today. It’s incredible how much we’ve been able to accomplish as a company over the last 16 years, and we’re excited to celebrate with our incredible team.

“We’ve seen strong growth over the past three years as more companies want to introduce cloud-based HR technology to meet the post-pandemic challenges of managing a remote or hybrid workforce really effectively.”
